You can set skill's type, sort, damage amount, target, condition of select target, element. There is no limit the range of skills you can make. But of course powerful skills require more cooltime.(turns) So powerful skill has its own price to pay. Also, basically hero's skill automatically chosen and used at each turn, but if yrummy yesou choose manual skill, only next turn, that skill will be used.
